Refund Policy

In case you may be thoroughly dissatisfied with our products, we can provide you with a refund if intimated through info@inbasetech.in within the stipulated timeline. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments, refund will be made to the same account.

Replacement Policy

Incase you find any manufacturing defects/damages in our products during the delivery process, or any other quality issues, we will provide replacement if intimated through info@inbasetech.in within the stipulated timeline.
